I extracted the seeds from the fruits that I purchased and marinated the tomato flesh with some of my favourite vinegars-oils-herbs-spices.
The addition of sliced bok-choi with onions garlic & chillies was also a must do.
This marinate was stored in my fridge for 5 days. before consuming over the coming week.
The roma tomato flesh became saturated with the marinade.
The texture & flavour was so delicious.
